There was marked crowding of both upper and lower teeth. Carl was in the full adult dentition.

To relieve the crowding, all four first premolar teeth were extracted by the patient's Dentist.
Fixed appliances were then used to align the teeth.

As the months went by, progress was clear to see.

Eventually, after 12 months with the brace, all was looking fine

A total of 14 months of treatment produced this result.

Retainers were then worn for 12 months, at night time only, to maintain the finished result.
These are removable plates which the patient inserts and removes themselves.
